Shop Assistants Award
Should I be annoyed at my colleague? Read detail?
The shop I work for on a Saturday was awarded £500 however the assistant manager decided her and the old manager should get 100 each and the rest of us recieve only 60 as she did more hours however we were awarded them for selling the most gift vouchers which are sold over the till, something she doesn’t work on. I feel I should say something as everyone is very angry that she did it and then lied that she did until we checked it out and discovered she had divided it unfairly. What should I say or do people think she was in the right?
Ask for a meeting to confront the person with all the people that were involved and rise up with a voice.
