Sales Assistants Roles
I need help filling in an application form.?
I am struggling with a couple of questions on a sales assistant application form. i would be very thankfull of anyone that could help me.
1)What is it about working for Monsoon Accessorize that interests you?
2) What do you feel you can contribute to the role you with 2 apply for?
Essentially the 2 questions break down to:
1) Why do you want to work for Monsoon Accessories?
and
2) Why should Monsoon Accessories hire you?
For #1: A good idea would be to go to their website and find out all you can about what they do. Include items that seem like hot items for the company. Go to thier ‘news’ links page (if they have one) and find any recent news items about the company. If they are introducing some new idea, include something about how you feel about that idea. Be sincere about what you provide, though. Don’t just put down what you think they want to hear.
For #2: Explain how your experience will directly effect the company. Provide details about what you have done that relates to information you provided in #1. If you do not have direct expeience, explain what you hope to achieve with the position. Again, be sincere.
