Sales Assistants Needed

umm hi, its time for me to find work experience and i would like to go into the field of fashion, so i think working in a shop or something like that would be usefull. The only problem is that i have no idea how go go about doing it, can i just go in and ask? I`m not sure as i don`t think the sales assistants would be very helpful. So does anyone know what do do? please help, and thankyou
go and ask them , dnt you kno , you have to ask to get sommin
