I want to purchase using Access USA, and they are asking me to send them my Photo ID and my credit card?
I have signed in with ACCESS USA and I wanted to purchase using their personal shopper services where they can purchase goods for you and they get paid for their service .
they sent me an email that they want a ” fax copy of your Photo ID (passport or drivers license) AND a copy of the front and back of your credit card on file.”
is not that risky to give my Credit Card to someone even to a trusted company?
what do you think, shall I send it to them or cancel the whole service?

well they mentioned in the email that they want it because of ” high rates of stolen credit cards and identity theft, having this information helps protect the card holder and MyUS.com from fraud and keep our prices low. ”
I’d send them an email asking them why they want the photo id. Seems like they want it for a different reason then to verify your ID.
